Yes. You may own a firearm in Canada. The Firearms Act and its supporting regulations set out the rules for possessing a firearm. You can shoot firearms in authorized areas if the registered owner of the firearm is present with you at all times. You cannot possess a firearm unless you have a valid Possession and Acquisition License (PAL).

If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason we will provide a refund or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase. All firearms and optics sales are FINAL. Once purchased firearms become the property of the owner. If a firearm is defective, we may assist you in returning the item to the manufacturer for repair and/or warranty determination. Abuse, incorrect use, or subject the firearm to extreme conditions may invalidate the warranty. Ammunition and reloading equipment cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety issues. Pre-orders are accepted by a minimum of 50% of the total product value, any deposit(s) will become store credit if the customer(s) changed their mind.

West Coast Hunting Supplies Inc. will provide shipping costs in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by us to be defective. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with WCHS support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to WCHS.

Shipping is calculated based on size weight and distance to ship the order. We average out the weight of our products firearms. Additional shipping charges may be required on ammunition and oversized items.

If your order total exceeds $100 before tax, you are eligible for a $20 flat shipping fee. (This $20 flat shipping can not be applied to order of Pre-owned firearms, ammunition, and oversize and overweight products)

If your order total exceeds $1000, you are eligible for free shipping.

All ammunition, all oversize and overweight orders are not included in the free shipping and will be shipped via CanPar or UPS, and all other orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited service with Signature and $100 insurance.

We only accept Debit, Visa, and MasterCard through MONERIS secure payment gateway.

Firearms can only be shipped within Canada through Canada Post. A signature is required with photo I.D. when the product arrives at your door. Ammunition will be shipped separately from any firearms order. All ammunition and firearms could be only shipped to the same address as your registered firearm license address. We ships to all locations in Canada. At this time, we are unable to ship internationally, including the United States.
